                      A pet portrait should be as special and unique as your animal. Specializing in pet portraits I work together with the client to create a one of a kind piece of art tailored to your specific tastes. 

 

                       Any ideas you have can be explored.  From plain backgrounds, to elaborate scenes, to abstract dreamscapes, anything is possible!  Have a vague idea?  Share your thoughts and we can work together to create best result possible.  A beautiful portrait of your pet is sure to bring joy for a lifetime! 

                       I work hard to capture your pet's personality and character in the painting.   During the painting process you will have the opportunity to view your painting during different stages so that you can have input throughout and ensure that your painting is exactly how you wish.  A picture of the completed painting will also be sent to you via e-mail for your approval before the painting is shipped. 

I require a 50% deposit to start the painting and the remaining balance is due upon approval of the completed painting.  I accept personal check, money order, or PayPal paid to clarityart_design@yahoo.com.   (Please E-Mail me for my address for purchases via check or money order) All paintings will incur a $20.00 shipping fee.  That allows me to properly package and ship your painting.  Paintings are delivered unframed.  All paintings are created using oil alkyd paint (fast drying oil paint) on stretched canvas.

When you are selecting pictures to send remember that the more clear and crisp the photo is the better your painting will be.  Try to pick pictures with interesting lighting and ones that really capture your pet's personality.  If you are unsure, e-mail me some pictures and I can let you know which ones will make a great painting.  If you have a picture of your pet, but not in the background of your choice, simply send me both pictures and I can place your pet into the background.  For instance the German Shepherd above, was actually two photos, one of the dog, and one of the fireplace.
